‘두 번째 시선’을 의미하는 세컨뷰 SecondView는

다른 각도에서 바라본, 새로운 관점을 담은 시각예술 프로젝트와 프로그램을  기획하고 공유합니다.

2024년 설립 이후 스페이스세컨뷰Space SecondView를 거점으로 미술전시를 기획하는 한편, 출판·세미나·강연 등 다양한 매체와 형식을 통해 창작의 과정과 결과를 온·오프라인에서 공유해 왔습니다.

‘다르게 보는 일’은 혼자서는 잘 되지 않기에, 동시대미술을 연구하고 작품을 창작하는 사람들의 만남을 엮어 우리가 지금 마주한 질문들을 함께 읽어내고자 합니다. 그리고 각자의 작업과 실천을 통해 우리가 마주한 이야기들을 나누고자 합니다.

SecondView, meaning "a second gaze," 

creates and shares visual art projects and programs that embody a new perspective seen from a different angle.

Since its founding in 2024, SecondView has curated exhibitions at Space SecondView while also sharing the process and outcomes of creative work both online and offline through a range of media and formats, including publications, seminars, and lectures. 

"Seeing differently" is difficult to do alone, so we seek to bring together researchers and artists working in contemporary art, weaving their encounters to jointly read the questions we face today. Through each participant's own work and practice, we hope to share the stories we have encountered.
